Procedure:

    1. Combine Nature's Blend with the hot water.
    2. Coat bottom of large kettle with non-stick spray.
    3. Place kettle over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Do not burn.
    4. Stir in Nature's Blend slurry and remaining ingredients.
    5. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    6. Reduce heat to simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
