Procedure:
- Mix Part 1 ingredients until smooth.
- Add Part 2 ingredients, and mix just until evenly blended.
- Add raisins and mix in slowly until distributed.
- Using a #40 scoop, place onto lined or greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 380ºF (340ºF in convection oven) for 9-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
