Procedure:
- Mix ingredients in Part 1 until fine and crumbly.
- Add eggs (Part 2) in two stages, scraping bowl after each addition.
- Add Part 3 ingredients to the mix.
- Mix in water (Part 4) in three stages, scraping bowl after each addition. Mix until very smooth.
- Pour batter into greased baking pans (one 12 x 20 steam table pan per 50 servings). Tap on counter to remove large bubbles.
- bake at 350ºF (330ºF for convection oven) for 25-35 minutes or just until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
