Procedure:

  1. Mix ingredients in Part 1 until fine and crumbly.
  2. Add eggs (Part 2) in two stages, scraping bowl after each addition.
  3. Add Part 3 ingredients to the mix.
  4. Mix in water (Part 4) in three stages, scraping bowl after each addition. Mix until very smooth.
  5. Pour batter into greased baking pans (one 12” x 20” steam table pan per 50 servings). Tap on counter to remove large bubbles.
  6. bake at 350ºF (330ºF for convection oven) for 25-35 minutes or just until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
