California Fig Super Smoothie
From California Fig Advisory Board
- 1 1/3 cups chopped fresh California figs (about 4 figs)
- 1 seedless navel orange, peeled and pulled into a few sections
- 1 small frozen banana
- 2/3 cup 1 percent milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup ice
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Makes two 16-ounce smoothies.
